The only place we collect information from you on our Web site is when you request a free copy of Metro Detroit Bride magazine on the Order A Copy page.  We ask for certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form.  You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and answer a few questions about your wedding in order to receive the free issue.

Information Sharing And Disclosure
How we collect your information.  The personally identifiable information we collect from the Order A Copy form is used to:

Fulfill your order.  In order for us to send your free copy of Metro Detroit Bride you need to provide us with your contact information.  If we have trouble processing your order we will use this information to contact you.
Compile a database of demographics.  This allows us to update Metro Detroit Bride magazine and Web site according to your information entered in the online form.
Help you with wedding plans.  As a great way to help the Metro Detroit Bride reader and Web site user with wedding plans we will pass along your information to our advertisers to contact you about what is left to do in your planning.  For instance, if you have your whole wedding planned but still need jewelry, our jewelry advertisers may choose to contact you or send you promotional materials with ways they can help.  You do have the choice to opt out of this feature just uncheck the box that says you do not wish to be contacted.  You will still receive your complimentary copy of Metro Detroit Bride.
